FAQ’s galore! Below we have listed some of our most frequently asked questions. Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.


How much will I spend?

The Logo design services I offer are typically between £79 and £349, with branding packages anywhere £349 to £599. An accurate cost often depends on the level of design you require and so I like to offer free no-obligation quotes so that I am able to cost the design correctly.

Simply fill in the design brief form I’ve put together and I’ll email you back a day later with a quote, no nuisance calls and no pressure.

For some, my prices can sound quite expensive. I am well aware that you can find any number of logo designers on Google, however, you’ll likely be paying a designer you will not meet, who could be inexperienced and who may be defrauding clients. Please exercise caution with this cost-cutting method as you may be risking your capital. Be careful.

Logo design is an investment if done correctly.

How long does it take?

Turnaround times for logo design projects, from beginning to end, are typically between one and three weeks, subject to the project workload.

Timescales are dependent on response times from my clients along with the numbers of changes to the designs along the way. I always work efficiently and like to keep a good line of communication, whether that be via email, WhatsApp or over telephone conversations.

What if I want to change something?

No problem! We offer adjustments throughout the entire design process.

Who owns the copyright?

You do. Full copyright is given to the client for all parts of the finalised design that copyright can be passed over for. We only reserve the right to show the logo in our portfolio, blog posts and marketing materials.

How many logos do I get?

Following the idea generation, sketching and design stages, you will be presented with 2-4 initial designs based on our agreed brief & objectives. Once final payment has been made, you will own the copyright to the final agreed design in all sizes required.

What do I get once complete?

Your final design will be handed over in multiple formats as per the design requirements stated in the design brief document.

Do you have a Design Agreement or Contract?

Absolutely. Please take 5 minutes to read our Graphic Design Agreement, this contract is signed by both parties before any work commences and protects us all.

Sorry, I don’t like them!?

We will have agreed upon design goals relating to your business from the very beginning before any design work begins. We will have covered any specific requirements you have, including colors, slogans and design styles etc.

I will always work towards our design brief and will ensure your needs are fully met with the final design. However, in the event that you dislike the designs, I would not expect you to make a full payment, that would be unethical. As an industry standard, I take a 50% deposit payment for the project up front, if it turns out you do not like the final designs the final settlement amount will be waived.

As a design that’s functional and made for your business, a logo should perform best for your business as opposed to personal taste. Please take the time to send the concepts to friends and family to hear that views!
